Head set cant increase/Decrees 4068 attendant with oxe R 10.1

Dear All,

We installed oxe R 10.1 with 4068 attendant unit & fixed pantronic head set as used stereo jack , My problem is we cant increase volume level in conversation mode , But we fixed 4068 unit as normal user it can propel y increase with conversation , Is this version problem or configuration problem,
please verify this soon.

It is a suggestion. He says is not normal and first thing to try is always put last patch before trying something else.
There are many things that doesn't have a TC and get solved by patching
