Waiting guide on attendant repeating

Hi All,

OXE R9.1-i1.605-21-de-c82

I have setup a waiting guide for incoming calls to the attendant/entity. (Timer 102, No Answered Call Entity Guide=yes, managed a new VG 702 for wait message ect.)

It all works, except the VG keeps playing for ever!!! (all lines a busy please hold, all lines a busy please hold, all lines a busy please hold..............)

Does anyone have a solution for making VG 702 play only once?

And after once...what happens??? That is why it is called Waiting Guide and not Presentation Guide...
Forever is not correct neither, is until attendant answers the call...

there are 2 options to fix this issue FN,
1: create guide 702 as "all lines are busy please hold, followed by say 30 sec of music". this will then repeat.
2: create z chained voice guide. if your MOH is from a Z port create the chained guide with 702 and MOH port. then the message only plays once.
