Limit for max incoming calls on ISDN PRA trunk group

Is it possible to manage limit for incoming RSI calls on OXE?
Parameter Max.% of trunks out CCD on trunk group doesn't impact on max channels. Need to limit and ensure that some qnt of PRA channels will be reserved for non CC calls.

Why dont you send the call into a pilot first then to a dissuasion Que and fwd PG to the RSI?

I am not sure does it will help. Have You tried it?
And also can impact on CSTA fields between OXE and Genesys => need to make some additional tests to ensure that Genesys strategies will work in the same way.

Totally bad idea, as you would sacrifice customer experience...what is needed is to increase channels on OXE.
Anyway, helping the bad service: What you can do is on your strategy do a Stat of Current calls on the PG and the Queued on RSI, if bigger than X then disconnect it...
Terrible but will do what you need.
