Hi All,
Is there a way to get rid of the voice announcer while basic features are on activation mode? for an example, why on "forwarding no answer" or "busy", the user should hear the message every time he is initiating a new call. It is disturbing to a lot of users in such a way that even asked to deactivate the forwarding just not to hear the message.
Thanks in advance

Change the guide number to zero maybe on the voice guides configuration?

Re: announce on basic features activation
You can create a prefix to disable voice guide listening on a set.
Keep in mind that the user will not hear ANY of the voice guides anymore after dialing this prefix.

Could you please guide what prefix is incharged of it or at least what is the option named?
