LOST TICKET

Hi all
I have an installation with 4760 and an oxo connected to it.
I tried to generate a report for year 2012. Everything is ok except from the thing that from 15/9/2012 until 15/10/2012 I have no account records.
All the rest of the year is ok. Does anyone have any idea what might be the problem?

The Omnivista maintains online in de database 96 days of data, after this periodo the task daily erase the data.

verify into 4760_ARC/account if the tickets is there.
