IP touch 4028 with TRIX BOX

Dear Friends,

I need to know some important possibilities regarding of IP touch phone 4028 with TRIX BOX .Here TRIX BOX is a IP PBX based on Asterics.It having some ip phones itself.I need to accommodate Ip 4028 phones in to that PBX.Is it compatable? iF so how can we connect? If not what solution we can give?

Il vous faut monter un serveur tftp pour envoyer la configuration au telephone.

pressez "i"+"#" durant la séquence de démmarage. dans les parametres ip vous passez en static, et vous renseignez l' ip, le masque, et le serveur tftp.

sur votre serveur tftp : vous faites un fichier de configuration qui porte le nom :
"sipconfig-mac_address_phone.txt" sans les ":" ex: sipconfig-00809fa4fd46.txt

je vous join ce fichier.

on your server you have a directory "" tftpboot "it is sufficient to put the txt file and specify the phone good tftp server.

sur votre serveur vous avez un repertoire ""tftpboot"' il suffit d'y mettre le fichier txt et de spécifier sur le telephone le bon serveur tftp.

I am having problems with my 4028 SIP software version: 2.01.20

1/5 Network start
2/5 Network setup
3/5 config download
gen conf file proc.
Invalid Parameters!
reset... please wait and reboots itself

I see that it downloads two files sipconfig.txt and sipconfig-macaddress.txt from the tftp server. Both files are identical and taken into account because asks for the admin password what I set. I do not have proxy, just a registrar for my sip server.

Do you have any idea how can I continue?

I sorted out the configuration issue (based on the R10.0 documentation): the config should have valid sip proxy.

Now the next problem: the 4028 registers correctly at boot time, but after the expiration of the registration shows "No regist" and does not re-register. (Even having retry set to 3000)
The same is happening after network problem: no re-registration

Anybody has any idea how the re-registration could be forced in the sipconfig.txt

I'm facing the same exact problem... The phone doesn't send the REGISTER when "register_expire" expires...
Any clue?

I have a lot of Alcatel 40x8 phones with 3.9x ver, but im tired of alcatel and i want to use just SIP.

Can I upgrade my phones without upgrade my Omni PCX Office?

Hi i was having the same issue, i try different things, but in these page http://alcatelunleashed.com/viewtopic.p ... 0&start=20, you can see an example it works good, the timezone is not the correct for me, but is not un registering each 20 or 1 hour, im checking the pool timer for no reboots, but right know if reboots register fine
