Hi,
I've got a 4760 server that has not synced in the last month and now in restricted mode. Is there a way to re-sync?? the only options that i have on the screen are Directory and Scheduler tabs. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
tks

Re: 4760 in Restricted mode
Hi,
I'm also facing same error in Omnivista 4760.
An error appears says: "Omnivista will work in restricted mode due to license error." followed by "Global Synchronization: Time out: There is no global synchronization execute since too much time elapsed.
Ping Ok
I've followed all the steps as indicated (TECHNICAL COMMUNICATION No. TCV062)
(Run 4760/bin/ntsvcexClient.exe with complete synchronization)
Trying with IP Number and Name of PC-server.
but still no luck
i attach the log of last complete synchronization (Failed attempt)
and text of license file (nmc.license)
You help will be much appreciate. Thank you!
