Compress/Decompress voice guides

I require your help to understand something I'm not sure. It's about voice guides compress and decompress when we call its.
This my example :

I made a test with a tonality test prefixe and below the result of "#cnx d ..." command with my phone:

I'm not sure to understand everything :
In the first time, my call pass through the UA_FICTIF (1, 5) to an INTIP3A (2, 4). At this moment the call is compressed and the aim of the INTIP3A card is to uncompress it.
Next, my call is uncompressed and it is going to go on the GPA board (2, 5).

Does it work like that ??
Do the voice guides compressed on a GPA/GD cards ??
