Dial by name problem

HI,

Company use digital phone 4020 & 4029, but some how 4020 dial by name suddenly cannot work, but 4029 works.
The 4020 can insert name but after press "enter" key, phone stock also screen stuck.
Is there anyone encounter this issue?
