error while exporting-8770

error while exporting-8770

Hi guys


I´ve got an error on 8770 while trying to export reports to external file or email, any ideas?
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

Check for the latest patches of 8770.
If it looks like a duck, swims like a duck, and quacks like a duck, then it probably is a duck.

OK. Then check logs.
If it looks like a duck, swims like a duck, and quacks like a duck, then it probably is a duck.

Issue resolved, the problem was that the reports were created on Portuguese login at 8770 and i´ve logged with English.
When i´ve changed to Portuguese and exported the reported, all ok.
