Hi,
I have an OTBE R2.2 with IPTouch sets using local storage voicemail. The voicemails are working fine but the MWI of the sets isn't blinking when they receive new messages (although the message can be listened).
I can't find much intel about this, maybe someone here faced this issue before and could help?
Thank you for reading!
Bye

On oxe side:
8&9 series > Phone Cos 0 > MWi on Homepage is set default to false >> change to true and it should work

Hello!
Thank you for your suggestion but I can't find this parameter anywhere in Phone COS. Closest thing I found is "Disp non replied if homepage" and It's already checked.
Any idea?

Re: MWI not working on IPTouch sets connected to OTBE
hi, had a similar issue with OXE phones after upgrade to OT 2.1.1 and it was related to a subscription issue on the OXE. the quick fix was to restart sip motor on OXE but full fix is to upgrade l2.300.25.d to l2.300.26.a.
not sure if it helps but you could try a sipmotor restart.
our case was noted as similar to crqms00189208

-> I'll definitely check this out, I am currently in l1301.29 but there might be a fix available on BPS for R11.1 as well.hi, had a similar issue with OXE phones after upgrade to OT 2.1.1 and it was related to a subscription issue on the OXE. the quick fix was to restart sip motor on OXE but full fix is to upgrade l2.300.25.d to l2.300.26.a.
