Free Directory Numbers showing used numbers

Hi, We have a setup with 2 R8 nodes and 1 R11 node which are interconnected.
We are migrating the two old nodes to the new R11 node.

At the moment we need to check the free numbers list on all nodes to find out which number is free?
I would like to consolidate this on the new node so I defined all Number ranges on the R11 environment.
Unfortunately the R11 system indicares all numbers used by the R8 nodes as Free.
However when looking in the phonebook i do find the number.

Is there a sync that needs to be run or is it not possible to sync this information between R8 and R11?
