I have OXO R9 and Omnivista 4760
when i make report for incoming calls , it duration was 00:00 for all calls, but for outgoing it is ok
by checking accounting application in OMV, i found that all incoming are with 0 duration
could any one help me

You have stored tickets - according accounting setting (f.e. if you have filter for calls duration 0). Check in PBX with accview command - exist normal ticket or not. If no - check filters etc.
If tickets exist and stored in 4760 database - may be you have wrong report (but this is stage two)

I work with OXO system and there is'nt any filter (could not run accview command)
where are tickets files stor in OXO system?

my mistake - I decide OXE instead of OXO. For OXO I have no idea for accounting problem.
