Hi,
Our PBX had an issue a few weeks ago and it was the first time I noticed the front LED screen had turned red. It was due to the exchange but now the busy LED has also turned red. Does anyone have a link to a document or can anyone please tell me what each of the front LED indicators mean when red?

Hi,
Im talking about the front of the PBX, there are various LED indicators which obviously tell you there's either an error or something.

Which card are you asking about, from your message I think it is the ISDN card, if this is the case then the busy light will show red if there is a conversation taking place, this is quite normal.
