about doc/manual for ESR 5720

Hi,
I am new for ESR 5720 ..

I have below manual/guide already
OA-ESR_licensing_instructions_060381-00_revB.pdf
OA-ESR_5720_HW_Guide_060384-00_revB.pdf
OA_ESR_Configuration_Guide_060382-00_revB.pdf

But I still have no idea how to config the ESR 5720 from zero ..I need more guide/manual .I think I need some guide like "getting start" for omni access switch.

Please advise whether you have those information/manual for ESR5720 ...

please I need your help, i am working with a router esr5800 and i add a "VoIp POTS" card. But when the router boots it does not show the device and the Slot´s LED does not light.

the boots show like this:
