Rack mismatch

Post by ingunlp »

After a hard disk crashed, i changed old 20 Gb HDD with a 160 Gb new one in our OXO. Also, I tested power supply. Then, I formatted HDD with Lola, loaded release 7.0 and everything was ok. But when i tried to load config file from my backup I had a syncronicity error: system didn´t detect boards 2, 3, 4 and 6 (all were plugged). In "Hardware and Limits", "Main Cabinet", appeared only boards 1 and 2, and image corresponded to a rack 1 (our is rack 3, 9 boards capacity). Finally, led fun is turned off (not green, not red). Seems likes the CPU is not recognizing rack type. Any ideas? Thanks

Sometimes this happened to me, too, but after warm and sometimes cold reboot all ok. Did you tried that?
If not maybe shelf is damaged. Chenge it with another and see how it goes.
