PIMPhony Phone Connection Error

I installed Microsoft XP SP3 and SP2 but the problem is the same, Connection Error. (Error Code: 0x91) frmMain.CnxAocDial) using VPN. We are using Sonica Wall 40100 for Global VPN. But if if we are using Local Area Network or with in our network only the Pimphony phone was working. What Ports to be open or allow in our VPN enable our PIMPhony phone to work. I also disable the Windows Wirewall. I did not install Antivirus. Please See attachment.

elkiwi thanks. out network admin done already of configuring that ports. We are using Sonicwall.We encountered this problem when we were updated the Security Services( Content Filter, Network Anti-Virus, Gateway Anti-virus, Intrusion Prevention, Anti-spyware, Email Fulter and RBL( real time block listed) Filter. Theres a technical of Alcatel Lucent from India but he never get back anymore or replied on my emails. He told me that he will analize the logs of PIMPhony phone but it's been 3 days but never hear from him. hope you guys can help me. I just really want a conclusion if what is the root of this problem is it from PIMPhony or Sonicwall because my boss always got mad at me.

Hello.It is a disaster if you do not use an antivirus.I advice you to visit top ten best antiviruses http://www.best-antivirus.co/ in order to find some reviews of the best antiviruses

on default Pim 6.x use http / https.

there you can set a WAN and LAN adress.

Pimphony only use port 80 or 443, no more.

OXO release and Pim version fix together?
