OmniPCX Dropping incoming calls

Hi Guys,
I have one site with a baby omnipcx (2 slots I forgot the chassis name).

Every now and then it will start dropping all incoming calls (PSTN or SIP trunks). What happens is

1. Phone rings
2. User picks up
3. User is not connected with party
4. party receives static for a second then hold music for a second then is hung up on.

Any ideas? running release 7 of oxo.

On analog external lines uncheck busy tone detection. About SIP calls: How are the calls routed? Calls reaches attendant group or all specific users?

Thanks for the tip,
I sorted the issue, dodgy wiring on one of the analogue extensions in the hunt group was causing the calls to be picked up and dropped...

disconnected that extension and everything is peachy.
