The important thing is the error "There is no Active IP address in the BOF file"
You need to configure the IP address of the 7705 so that it can reach the FTP server.
If the FTP server and the 7705 are not on the same subnet you will ned to configure a static-route as well.
You shouldn't need a DNS service if you are using an IP address rather than a hostname to configure the FTP server where the image is being fetched from.

You should be able to interrupt the boot sequence and add it.

E.g.

Code: Select all

address a.b.c.d
static-route 0.0.0.0/0 next-hop a.b.c.x
From your attached file:

Code: Select all

Primary image location: ftp://*:*@10.0.0.1/./TiMOS-B-20.10.R2
There is no Active IP address in the BOF file
btUtilSetupNetwork, btBofToBootLine failed.
Failed to set up network, status=-1

TiMOS image load failed.
Hit a key within 58 seconds to change boot parameters...
Looking for cf3:/bof.cfg ... OK, reading

Contents of Boot Options File on cf3:
    primary-image ftp://*:*@10.0.0.1/./TiMOS-B-20.10.R2
    primary-config ftp://*:*@10.0.0.1/./config.cfg
    primary-dns 8.8.8.8
    autonegotiate
    duplex full
    speed 100
    wait 3
    persist on
    no fips-140-2
    console-speed 115200

Hit a key within 2 seconds to change boot parameters..
