StartTLS on switch 6860E

Hello i have an alcatel switch 6860E on AOS version 8.7.98.R03

I've tried using the command : aaa ldap-server to connect to my ldap server.
But while looking at the wireshark traces, i notice that there's an error code 13 when they are trying to bind. Seems like it lacks encryption.

My ldap server happens to do startTLS, is it possible to do this on the Alcatel switch ? I noticed that i can only use SSL (ldaps) or no SSL (normal ldap).

So i did SSL in the end.
