Good morning,
I am desperately looking for detailed traces (minimum: timestamp / calling number / called number) of calls made via Rainbow by users with an account associated with OXE telephony.
Technical background: Alcatel OXE R100.0-n1.291-71-fr-c0s1 and Rainbow Webrtc 2.2.5-516
THANKS

Re: detailed traces calls
I would say, you should be able to run reports on the 8770 from the user's extension directly .
Since the rainbow user is related to telephony extension, it's the same.

Re: detailed traces calls
Thank you for your reply.
I do have traces in the 8770 reports that match users when logged into their Rainbow account. What is quite confusing is that these calls appear with the internal number and not with the Remote Extension number.
Example: 8068 associated with REX 20068 whose Remote SIP is 10203395267801757.
Traces of incoming calls appear on 8068 but nothing concerning 20068 or 10203395267801757.
The external calls appear on a REX sip 10203395267800000 whereas this one is not referenced anywhere (in any case I did not find this REX SIP in the various parameters).
So it's quite confusing. I hope on the webrtc or on the 8770 to find traces of calls with the 20068 or the 10203395267801757 which allows me to make an unequivocal analysis.
But while writing my answer, I wonder if my research should not be done on the SIP traces or the IP traces (VoIP for the 8770).
Moreover for the IP traces I find myself with another difficulty. Until then I was using the IPView software but it does not seem compatible with Windows 10, which forces me to go through the 8770 which I find less intuitive.

Re: detailed traces calls
When you make an external call through rainbow, rainbow uses a Remote extension which is a twin to a main set in the oxe.
Therefore, the MAIN twin set is the one which will be shown in your reports.
Does this explain better?
