premit external caller to dail specific ext.

hi all

i have oxe r9.9
configured AA with msg guide to dail the internal extension.
but i want to premit any external caller to dial my manager extension via AA.

how can i do that ?

Change to leaf menu for Auto Attendant, record message to say if you want to speak to manager dial 1 (eg) and then change action 1 to be dtmf digit 1 and action preprogrammed number then also enter the directory number

IN this case restrict your number to be local user deny ext incom acces in the pnc cos
