OmniPCX + Rainbow

Hi to All,

We have the OXErecorder (Version 2.5.0.5) and the 4400 PBX. Some of our users are Rainbow and for the recording, we configure these as Digital Sets with all the Packetizers.

Do you have a similar setup and if so what configuration are you using?

My concern is that some of these users are not being recorded, whilst others with the same configuration are recorded.

As far as I know, you cannot record rainbow users...
