- ARS prefix with logical discriminator
- in real discriminator - dialed number declared with ARS route list number
- in ARS route list - two routes - with SIP and E1 TG
- in time based route list - prefered order for using - at first to use SIP or E1.

Sir after config when i dial prefix code telephone show Feature rejected.

when you dial the prefix and you got features rejected , you dial it from mitel or oxe ?!
if from oxe you have to check PNC of the user he should be authorized to access that dialed area and the tkgp , also did you create the time based route route ?
if you dialed it from mitel and you get that message check the PNC of rhe tgp between mitel and oxe and its entity the real discriminator and logic one shoudl managed
