I need documentation for R2.1. I have UA32 card with programmed 4020 phone typed and i need to change the phone type to 4035. How can i do that? If you know the way please help me)))

After Modify => Extension Number == > Phone set 4020 Its show me Proccesing Failure Object -1: Attribute 0: SQLcode -17004 . How can i fix this

With review/modify - you have the same error?
With "checkdb" command - do you have the error in database?
