continuous rebooting

model : OS6360-PH24
OS version : 8.8.56.R02 GA, 8.9.73.R01 GA

"aaa switch-access mode enhanced"
After entering this command, an equipment reload error occurred.
forced reboot, it kept rebooting again and again.

"aaa switch-access mode default"
After changing this config, the reload error still occurs.
but forced reboot, it works fine.

I'd like to know why this is happening.
The following is the error message that occurs when entering the reload command.

It says "Image verification failure on master chassis", so replace the installed firmware.

Like Gleylancer is writing - the validation of the installed image has failed.
I have seen this sometimes after copying the img-files via usb. So load the software via sftp/ftp ....
