Phone hit by lightning

Hi, our church building was hit by lightning yesterday. One casualty was one of our Alcatel 8038 phones. It will no longer power on. This is the first phone we have lost in 6 years so my question is how to I move the extension from the phone that was damaged to another working phone on our system? We would like to keep the extension for the employee, just with a different phone. We have an OXO Connect Management console system. thx
