Problem with Entity call with Identity secrecy enabled

Hopefully would be doing well. Sir having problem with a number entity designated as for identity secrecy. But having certain issues with it, like
1. Call back request issue as its not working on that number
2. It is siezing some of the external ARS routes for external calling, but blocking other due with im having problem
would be much thankful if you would help me now with it
