I don't know. SW problem, network problem...Someone disconnect the cable.
From my point of view - if this is single case - don't take into account this incident. If the incident occurs frequently - analyze - time, frequency ..

Dear Vad,
i have checked the network like ping, tracert, and no voice session is dropped at the firewall; but when i run incvisy -t at OmniPcx, there are phones showing "=3:0386=Sig. on IP set: No response from de set" randomly.
