Group call pickup.

Group call pickup does not show on the numbering plan. How can I create it

You normally have 4 "Pick Up" entries in the "Internal Numbering Pan" list. The one with base 3 is the one used for "Grp.Call" pickup. You can add a line or modify the Start/End values.
