CCD Statistics

Post by wallacezammit »

Hi,

I am trying to change the served before statistics from 5, 15, 30, 60 to 10, 20, 30, 60 but I am not managing.

I know that these changes are made in parameter.cfg file found in folder /DHS3data/afe by using vi editor. So I did it and parameters.cfg histo-pilot is now updated to 10, 20, 30,60.

I then gave a reset.

When I run the pilot statistic report, if the default values of served before in the general sheet are 5, 10, 30, 60 they will still change to 5, 15, 30, 60 instead of 10, 20, 30, 60. And if I make calls it seems that the pabx is still working with 5, 15, 30, 60. The changes I made in the parameters.cfg file are not taken into account even after the reset.

Now from tc1066 I found this regarding changes in parameters.cfg :

"This concerns only one file : parameters.cfg located in directory : DHS3data/afe
This file describes some parameters used by the ACDv2 application. These parameters are set-up at the application start-up and must remain un-modified after that."

Does this mean that a reset is needed? or that these parameters must be changed before switching on the telephonic application for the first time?

I then tried to update the excel sheet ForPil.xls. I made a copy of the general sheet, copied the links so that the new sheet is linked with the general sheet and saved it. When opening CCS and trying to get statistics it is giving an error saying that the sheet is protected and read-only. If I go into the sheet and unprotect it it then tells me that it is unprotected. So I cannot understand what I'm doing wrong.

I would appreciate if someone can give me a detailed explanation on how to do this please or/and maybe the CCD documentation if you have..

Thanks and Regards

I'm not managing, I don't know what I'm doing wrong but it's not working. Maybe I'm missing something or I'm doing something wrong.

Hi,

I managed. First you have to change parameters.cfg in /usr3/afe.

Then you have to delete F_STAT in /usr4/afe and restart the pabx.

The values in the general excel sheet will change automatically.

Thanks and Regards

hi guys,
i know this is a old post, but i hope you can help me in this one. my issue is as follows.
by default, the agent session statistics is only for the last 35 sayd, i think its 5 weeks. and other pilot statistics are about 2 months, I can not get any statistics beyond these days. incase if the client needs them , what i do is, i reload old adc back up and create the reports. so is there a way to extend these default number of days?.....

thanks in advance...
