Multiple Registrars on a SIP Trunk

whether in esr 5720 can use Multiple Registrars?
we have 4 PABX OXE with 1 ESR 5720 as trunk SIP gateway ... whether registrar in esr 5720 can be more than 1

All 4 can use it for outgoing calls. No problem.
For incoming I guess you should create an account for each pbx.

for now we use 1 IP for registrar .. can we add more registrar if we have 4 pieces PABX with 1 ESR 5720
