Hello friends.
I´m trying to assign an IPhone device to OPT users.
When I try to do that I got this error: "License offSiteMobilityAndroid is spent".
According to our Pre-sales department, there is 10 licences for Mobile so, Does anybody knows what this error means?
The OPT is OTBE R1.3.
Any help will be apreciated.
Regards.
By the way, I already have 3 OPT user working fine (3 Ipads and 3 PC (Windows) + 1 8082), I just need to add IPhone devices to the users.

Hi CAV.
Finally I got to know what it is happening, It is so simple and so silly; The OPT server did not have licenceses for IPhone or Android or BB.
The licences we have are "OFF_SITE_MOBILITY_ANY"; do you know what are this licenses used for?
Thanks.

The off site mobility licences are for using your mobile devices outside the WLAN network of the site , using the GSM network of the Mobile company and ISDN Trunks of the PABX ( OTBE ) .

The Ipads maybe working because the licenses for them were separate until R 1.X . And there would have been no license for the Iphones or Android phones.
From R 2.X onwards , it is a consolidated single license for all the devices.
