os6900-x40 rebooting again and again

Post by ramandeep »

AOS is rebooting again and again. I think , its AOS (7.3.4.204.R02) is corrupted.
Can somebody explain its upgrading AOS steps. and provide me its rescue image for disaster recovery

Thanks

Open a SR,
They will provide you with the TRescue.img

If the device is rebooting: What do you see on the console?

Post by devnull »

Looks strange.

Do you have an extension Card in the X40 ? e.g. a qni-U3 or an xni-u12?

Looks like there is some problem with a expansion card.

For me this smells like SR/RMA and nothing that can be fixed with a Rescue image.

Yes there are two cards installed.
OS-XNI-U12 and OS-HNI-U6
I tried to upgrade the AOS through USB method after removing expansion cards but not successful.
