You mean to say that for stack of 2 switch we require PERF licenses to be on single switch and the uplinks 1/49 & 2/49 will get work ?

You need the PERF lic for all switches within the chassis where you need the 10G-Speed (at the front SFP+).
If you have the lic only in chassis 1 than only the last 2 ports of this chassis have the 10G (1/25 and 1/26 at 24-port switch, and 1/49 and 1/50 at 48port-switch). But if you need 10G-speed at both chassis (1/49 and 2/49) than you need the license also for both switches.
