InstallShield DLL Custom Action Error

Hi,

I am installing Omnivista 8770 V R2.0.09.03.a with OmniPcx Enterprise release 11 on Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard but during installation its show a error message which i have attached. Please suggest me what should i do. I am waiting for reply.
