OTMS ordering

Dear all,

I want to offer OTMS with specification :
1. 600 users >>> connected to OXE 12.1 ,
2. 250 Mobile users 32 port
how do I Choose mobile users in Actis
Configure them Connections users or Conversations users .
and what is the difference between Connection users and Conversation users
kindly help
