My IC Phone 8082 not sync

Good afternoon sirs,

I have the following problem, one of the PBXs in which I give support is an Alcatel OXE with an OTMS, in this OTMS I register a user to log in to an 8082 device, it normally logs off after the initialization process o Even if you have a synchronization error and can not even receive calls.

From this already grateful.
