Video Call Problems with 8082

We've got 11 OXOs connected through IP trunk.
We can complete video calls between 10 of them with no problems.
On the 11th one we can complete audio calls with the 8082, but no video calls (by connecting/disconnecting the DIRECT RTP on the Voip paramenters)
In our point of view the problem is on the client network configuration, but can someone give us some ideas where to look for?
The client network is on an MPLS without firewall.
We don't have access to the client network equipment, but we should be able to assure the client that the problem is not on the OXO side. There is any tests that we can perform to prove it to the client?
