[Resolution]8082 my ic phone contact list calling error
Re: [Resolution]8082 my ic phone contact list calling error
On whic system your myicphone?
Ot or oxe?
My opinions on, on ot, you rely on ot rule for calling
Contact added and direct call
Myic phone user need to press 0 for external call ,to tell oxe you want to take a trunk
Callback from call is a server feature and use ot rule for dialing
Myic pc use web service for calling ( contrary to myicphone with its direct call)
Hence no need to add a 0 , it is done by dialed number analysis via dialing rule
Seems complex
But due to myicphone dev
It run on oxe and on ot
It has one way only for calling send all digit typed to its sip server ot or oxe.

Re: [Resolution]8082 my ic phone contact list calling error
OXE system R10.0
and OXE R10.0 + 8770 + Myicphone 8082 (firmware Ver 2.6.xxx).
myicphone press 9 for external call, so setting the 8770 -> Device -> Dialing rules -> Country code: KR(korea) , External access prefix : 9 , Exception : null
and <setting id="DialingRuleExternalPrefix" define="9" override="false"/> ( default :"0"->"9" )
so contacts testing is success.
