Hello,
Have an issue on all of our phones on our OmniVista 4760. When someone receives an incoming call, and tries to use the number-pad to get through automated prompts, the phone immediately opens a new line, and places the call on hold, so they are unable to ever get through the required prompts. This occurs on incoming calls only, and does not affect outgoing calls. I tested this on multiple sets and they all seem to behave the same way. Is there some setting, or button I am missing to enable the keypad during an incoming call?
