IP Desktop Softphone as Windows Service?

Hi
I need to configure as windows Service the application Ip Desktop Softphone in a PC, i need to use only the announce feat to say at employees when they have to do something, the problem is when the app is running sometimes they close the app or mute the mic.

Is theres something i can use to run the app as service or a software to use only the announce feature?
