Hi All

Could you please some step to fix that problem. I have import the file into database and created VG nummber and Assignment. But when i do "vgstat 2 27". I got the message.

I have uploaded my custom audio to OXE by AAS. Then i did some step as metions in "Voice Guide and Music-on-hold Guide" : Created "Assignment", modified "Dynamic Voice messages files" . But i don't know. What must i do next?

Your explanation not clear - you say "was done some steps" and not explain your management.
So not easy to give advise.
I have just one idea - restart VG board and check incidents about VG downloading (may be you manage wrong name for VG file or put in wrong folder)

I'm newbie. So i don't know what i did is right or not. Now we need configure the OXE, so when external and internal users call to. They will hear the voiceguide first. I uploaded my voiceguide as mention here viewtopic.php?t=242. Then did some steps in the Technical document.
-Selecting languages
-Assigning a user languages to a user
-Creat Voice Guide Index MG

Can u pls give me some advice.

For the begining - you have incident - problem with Music-on-hold (wrong file from AAS, not in this folder ... etc)

Start your problem discovery from MOH - more easy - standard file, standard procedures.

For dynamic VG - you have incident too - may be wrong format (not adpcm), may be wrong folder/ file attributes
