High Pitch Frequency While On Hold- Voice Guide

When one of my nodes puts a call on hold the VG has a high pitch frequency that verberates over the hold music. I went to another node and the same hold music has a bouncing buzz instead of the high pitch frequency. Is this an internal issue or an issue with cabling or an issue with the factory VG that came from Alcatel? I appreciate any and all thoughts!
