Hi all,
we can create a prefix "voice guide" and then when go a terminal by dialing this prefix it deactivates and activates VG for that extension.
How can we see which extensions have VG deactivated / activated and how to deactivate / deactivate it remotely (from the OXE console) ?
I'm asking it because of we have an installation with VG problems and some extensions went to VG deactivated, they are more than 300 IP Phones, no way to the telecom guy go phone by phone to check if the VG is activated or deactivated.
Any help is appreciated,
Thanks,
AlizeTux

What you mean by VG activated?

Re: How to deactivate/activate Voice Guide in an extension remotely
On OXE we can create a Prefix to Activate/Deactivate Voice Guides for specific users, when we do this it doesn't change the Voice Guide Listening Class at the user level.
We had an issue in this installation and couple of users have the Voice Guides deactivated, so when we go to those users and dial the prefix for Voice Guide we have created, it tuns Activates the Voice Guides.
But we don't know which extensions have the Voice Guides deactivated unless go to each set and dial the prefix to check it.
Wondering if there is any log that lists what is activated on the users.
