I have the same problem and have to reset it so it will be ok again.
Still don't know what to do to solve it.

Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

This is the show version result:
Alcatel-Lucent Software, version 3.1.0, Build 21
Copyright (c) 2003-2011 by Alcatel-Lucent Inc.
Build on Thu Jul 21 00:27:57 IST 2011

It's the latest firmware version, right?

I think is the last version, I have the same.
Specifically in my case I have enable the Sip_alg with incoming call working fine.
Another clue in this issue is when i got the nat issues it doesn't affect at all the Sip_alg, the Sip_alg continue working fine
I think I got a problem with mapping port between NAT and SIP .
Any idea???
