Alcatel Ip Phone reboots and updates - cannot use the IP phone

IP Touch 8018 phones reboots and updates.

User can use the phone for approximately 15 minutes and then reboots and updates. This has been happening for almost 5 hours now.

Any tips on how to disable the auto update? Or how can i check the logs or create logs?
