Voice message concerns - IP Touch 4038

Hi All,

I need your opinion with regards to our units (Alcatel Lucent 4038 - IP Touch).

Can all voice message from callers be saved for auditing and reporting purposes?

Can the feature for 'deleting voice mail messages' be locked in order for the agents to avoid deleting them?
