Eve-ng - VSR Cant ping between Nokia SR7750 (TiMOS-B-15.1.R6)

Hi,

I'm having some issue during setup Eve-NG on Windows machine for Nokia VSR. Two SR connected on port 1/1/3.

1. When shut one port, the other not turned down
2. Ping P2P IP failed (port up, sap up)

Below is card provisioned and type;
