Hm one thing is that two times bascul fixed my similar problem (the CCD took too much of ram on CPU7).
Second thing is, i've tried to explain to ALU's R'n'D that if you have 4GB of ram in IBM appliance server, maybe it's time to use it, not limit in linux kernel to down 960 MB (1024-64).
Some years have passed, and Alcatel still has limit on 1 GB on appliance servers. And 256MB on CPU6/7. Too small if we have many sip trunks and running CCD.
I've seen some R5.x PBX with CPU5 where hdd just crashed too often, it had a 32 MB of ram, so i've changed this to 128 MB and it never crashed again.
It's good to have more RAM and use SWAP only if necessary like when doing statistics in the middle of the night, or compressing backups etc, pbx should run in RAM.
Please note that at no time I will provide you with OXE/4400 nor AOS releases.
Note that it's our private time, that we spent to help you, so please don't expect complete solution for your problem.
You will need to do homework by your self.
